SeaDream Yacht Club was established in September 2001 by the Norwegian entrepreneur Atle Brynstad, founding father of Seabourn Cruise Line, and Larry Pimentel, President Seabourn Cruise Line and later Cunard-Seabourn. According to Larry Pimentela, SeaDream Yacht Club is not a cruise company, namely, a boat company focusing primarily on boat vacation. SeaDream Yacht Club is owned by SeaDream I and SeaDream II latches. Unlike large vessels, light and manoeuvrable boats give a free choice, you can ask for the pace and style of travel that corresponds to your inner sense of rest. These megayachtes have won love and admiration for many marine travellers, and they are now associated with all the finest recreational activities.
The company professes the slogan "No hours, no crowds, no turns, no stress." The passengers have a strong feeling that they are on board their own boat. Ikra and champagne are at your disposal for the whole cruise journey (as is, of course, any other alcohol, except for collectors). SeaDream Yacht Club failed to get the highest number of permanent guests in cruise statistics - 9.75 out of 10!
