In the west direction, the historic nucleus of Dubrovnik town has spread a large, forested peninsula of Lapad with a hill on it. Lapad eo suburbs, the most developed tourism area with a large number of hotels and a rich tourist supply. In the past, Lapad has beaten the Renaissance villas, of which Peter Sorkočević ' s palace, located in the early part of the peninsula, is certainly the most famous of the Groze.
Willa was placed under a forest hill at the seaside. She was striving from the 20s to the 1980s of the sixteenth century in a chotic renness style. The two-storey building is displayed in the first floor of the Renessans line, while the one-stop and three-star windows of the second floor are chotomatic. The whole villa complex is surrounded by a high wall. The vegetation garden is at two levels. There's a wide pond around the garden.
Villa also has a small reserve salad from the chapel, and on the front side of the second floor façade enters the broad terrace under which the tank is located. The Historical Institute of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts is now located in the Sorkočević Villé.
There's a famous St church in Lapad. Michaela, and next to her, the old cemetery of the dubran patritz. The Church of Madona Miloseria is built on donations of thanks for the rescue of sailors, and therefore has a large collection of gifts from old ships.
