Hotel description

Willa's on the rock, five minutes from the Old City of Dubrovnik.

Villa history begins in the 13th century from the chapel of Saint Lazarus. In the 17th and 18th century, the rest of the building appeared. In 1875, 1882, there was a famous English archaeologist, Sir Arthur Evans, who found the remains of ancient civilization on Crete.

In addition to an exclusive internal interface (270 square metres), Villa Agawa is surrounded by a vastly magnificent green territory (400 square metres).

Willa has four rooms with furniture of unique design, open tub terrace, simple living rooms, luxury bathrooms and open pool. During the Second World War, the villa building was partially destroyed. Restored the villa of the famous Croatian painter Milovan Stunich: the Frescas are now decimating the walls of the living room.

Vila Agawa has five beautiful terrace. One of them, with a small pool, is located on the bottom floor from where the beautiful view of the old city opens. The other one, a little less, but not less beautiful, has a Jacuzzi with a view to the old city. The open wooden staircase leads to a room on the ground floor, which also has a great view on Lokrum and the Old City.
