Villa Dubrovnik Pride consists of two residential buildings or houses that are connected to the common garden and two beautiful terraces with a magnificent view of the Old City and the crystally clean Adriatic Sea. One house may also be used as a guest house or home for service personnel.
The main house of Willa Dubrovnik Pride consists of three floors.
The first floor of the main house is a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with fire and terrace, a large dining area and a fully equipped gym.
The first and second floors of the main house are interconnected with a unique vintage stairwell, even more subtle harmony and elegance of the interior of this beautiful building. On the second floor, there are two double-bedroom bedrooms with their bathrooms, one with a big terrace.
On the third floor of the main house of the Dubrovnik Pride, two double-bedrooms and a separate common bathroom are located.
The guest house of the villa Dubrovnik Pride is divided into two, almost identical, two-level apartments. One apartment is equipped with a kitchen, a living room, a two-bedroom bedroom, a toilet and a bathroom. The second apartheid has almost identical location of the premises, but it is different that in its composition, it has a single bedroom other than the kitchen, the living room, the bathroom and the two-bedroom.
