Holidays in Sape
Sap is a mountain resort 400 kilometres north-west of Hanoi at an altitude of 1,500 metres. The French-speaking cohort combines the Alpine landscape with many natural features, the cleanest mountain air and the national identity of local residents.
The sappa is abundant flora, both tropical and moderate. The imagination of the orchids, the number of species of which is several hundred, and the names are beautiful and romantic, the Princess of Orchids, the Bashmacho of a beautiful lady... Whole grass that grows in the fires of Sapa is used for the manufacture of whole mazes and feet.
In one day, Sappe has been changing all four hours of the year: in the morning, spring, day, summer, night, autumn and night, winter.
There is a Thas Bas waterfall, a cave complex called the Underwater Palace, the Heaven Gate and the mysterious Bamboo forest.
Sapa is also the starting point for alpinists who wish to conquer Fan Si Pang, the highest mountain not only in Viet Nam but throughout Indochita.
The oldest city of Sap was found in the nineteenth century by the French, who, in assessing the softness of the climate and the beauty of the natural landscapes, chose Sap to spend its summer leisure, supplementing the urban architectural complex with colonial structures. The locals are still reading their traditions and customs: a market visit to Sap is one of the most spectacular moments of this journey, such as collorite and eggs. This is not only the trade and exchange of goods, but also the national holidays and festivals.
