International week of yoga in Rishiksh

What are the basic ingredients of travel in India? It's a mix of history, cultural heritage and rituals for the soul, mind and body. India is the cradle of holistic philosophy where Aurveda and Yoga are born.
There is no better place on the planet than Stone Jogi, Rishikesh, the pilgrimage of yoga enthusiastes from all over the world. Unlike most Indian sanctities, this unique city, along the coast of Gangi, receives not only ancient religious traditions, but also adventure sports. Some believe that meditation in Rishikesh is approaching the achievement of Mokshi (birth and death release).
An ancient rehearsal, a week of yoga will take place in Ashram Parmat Niketan in Rishiksh. The fascinating lectures and live demonstrations of various asan by name yoga and many others will be available to all!
For one week, you have the opportunity to attend classrooms with a total length of up to 100 hours from world-renowned yoga teachers who practice different directions.
