Hotel description
Amanyagyun is the fourth hotel of the Aman network in China, for which extensive work has been undertaken to reconstruct the village of Min and Zin and to revive the present camphorus.
The history of the resort begins in the mountain province of Jiangsi, the cradle of the Eastern China culture. The construction of a reservoir, which threatened thousands of trees and dozens of historic houses, began. And then, one of the local entrepreneurs and the Aman team decided to keep these relics and move all the objects to another location. Transport demanded great efforts, as 50 historical bruises rebuilt to the smallest detail and 10,000 camphorus trees, including imperial trees, had to be relocated over 80 tons.
Today, these houses and trees are a single whole, the Amanyagyun Hotel, located near Shanghai, which will be the perfect place to rest from the fusss of the big city.
During the renovation of the buildings of the resort, the distinctive features of that era were maintained, and a modern part of the resort was built, where the numbers were presented in a minimalist style, which were literally " mixed " with nature. As a result of all activities, a hotel that combines modernity and traditions is a living monument to Jiangi's history.
The hotel offers guests not only relaxing rest, but also comprehensive health procedures at the SPA Centre, familiarity with the country ' s heritage in the fields of art, culture and philosophy, and copyrights of traditional Chinese and European kitchens in resort restaurants.

In Amanyagyun, reconstructed 400-year-old homes have been proposed to accommodate guests, which still hold the spirit of former owners: many of them steal the decorative cutting and each has an inner palace, a distinctive feature of that era.
