The hotel is located on the beach of the Bay of Boca-Cotorsky, right on the coast, which is decorated by tight palms. The Gulf is a fjord surrounded by mountain peaks. There is the largest marathon shore on the Adriatic coast for the super-heat, located on the road to many popular cruise and ovary routes of the Mediterranean. Tivat International Airport is 4.6 km, Dubrovnik 47 km, Podgorica 90 km

The hotel has a first-class Regent Spa centre, which has a hidden pool, a 20-metre open pool with a view to the seat, a hot tub, showers on the open air, a sauna, a steam, a hammam, a fitness hall, a bar-proposed recreation area and four modern procedural rooms. The centre offers a wide range of procedures and programmes for the body and person using natural products, as well as special fitness programmes and yoga.
