Begonia Grand Royal Villa: 181 m2. A fine villa consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed or two double beds, a room with a lunch zone of 4 people and a work area, a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a guest bathroom with a shower, two harbors, a private garden with a pool (41 m2), a shower in the open air, a terrace with a sea.

Beachfront Villa: 728 m2. A fine villa with a view at sea, situated at the beach, consists of three bedrooms (two with king-size beds and one with two beds twins) with bathrooms (the main bedroom is a bath room with jakuzi and shower and harbor), a simple living room, a 10-person dining room, an open bathroom with a private shower) Villa guests are provided with palace services.

Presidential Villa: 667 m2. The seaward villa, located at the beach, consists of three bedrooms (two with king-size and one with two twin beds) with bathrooms (in the main bedroom, a bathroom with oval bath and shower and a wardrobe, two other bathrooms with a shower), a spark room,10 people, kitchen, shower room with shower, private garden with pool (190 m2), jacuzzi, shower in the open air, big rest zone and beach.
