The hotel is located at the top of the Sasakwa hill (Sasakwa) adjacent to the western part of the Tanzanian national park of Serengeti (Serengeti), in the Singita Grumeti Reserve, at 1 hour of the 15 minutes of the interval (at 10 minutes from the hotel) or at 8 hours of the Arusha airport.

The hotel has a health centre/SPA with a gymnasium and offices offering a large range of massage and SPA services using in-kind Dermalogica.
