The hotel is located on the north-west coast of Saint Lucia, 29 kilometres from Hewanorra International Airport and 48 kilometres from Vigie International Airport, a helicopter landing near the hotel.

A large selection of procedures and rituals based on Asian and Western methodologies is proposed in the SPA centre of Kai en Ciel and in the hotel rooms of guests. Also the hotel guests are the Kai Belté Spa centre located on the beach of the Anse Chastanet complex.
