The hotel is located on the coast of Skanes to the north of Monastira. It consists of a six-stage building and a green compact area with a fountain complex. One of the two hotels (other - ORIENT PALACE 5* in Sus) built in 1994 by the Emir, a member of the royal family from Saudi Arabia. The Emir himself comes here with his scroll once a year for 3-4 days, which, however, does not affect the rest of other guests.
