The hotel is located on the banks of Lake Nivasha, 80 kilometres from the capital of Kenya, Nairobi. The hotel is near the main sights in the outskirts of the lake: it's the depressed Longoot volcano and Hell’s Gate Reserve, with its vice valleys and thermal sources. The hotel was built in 2003 and combines proximity to wildlife with a high service level.

A compression of comfortable two-storey cottages of gray stone under the acute pavement roofs is located among the stunned bulbs and gardens. The highways connect the residential area to the central part of the hotel. Rasquidation and pinkneys are covering the compound. Just for a few minutes, Nivasha, one of the largest lakes of the Rift Valley, the perfect place for fishing, animal and bird life monitoring, boat walks. There's a restaurant and four bars in the hotel, a heating pool, tennis courts, phytnes and a business centre.

At the 70 hotel rooms located in 7 simple double-deck cottages. In every cottage, 10 numbers: 6 on the first floor and 4 on the second floor. Maximum room: 3 persons. Two rooms on the second floor have doors in contact and are well suited to large families. Panorama windows allow the water smoothness of Lake Nivasha and the surrounding lake to be seen by mountains. The plates are classified in classical style: the bones of the bed, the light walls, the elegant combination of cream and blue in the sewer. There's a bathroom in all the rooms, and on the first floor, open verandas.

In each number: The ceiling fan, the phen and the bath room.

The restaurant of Gardenia has a rubbish wooden furniture, an open van with which the view of the lake opens. In the menu, the meals of a European kitchen, local delicates, a lake fish made on a grill. There's a barbecue in front of the restaurant at night on the lawn.

At the Kiboko Terrace and Lounge bar adjacent to the restaurant, and at Palm Pool, a variety of drinks and light snacks are being delivered near the pool.

Bar Ibis Pub, typical English pub, offers different beer varieties.

On the lake, near the edge of the water, there's a Sufi Jetty Bar bar, with an open romander.

You can see the sun sliding over Mount Longonot. During the Naivasha shore tours, guests are invited to have lunch under the open sky.
