The hotel is located on the ocean, 15 minutes from Plettenberg Bay and local airport. The complex consists of a three-story main building built on a villa scalyst mouse (when it belonged to a well-known family from the neighbouring city of Knisna and served as a sea recreational residence), as well as a separate cottage and another villa. There's a beautiful view of the mountains of Tsisiykamma, the ocean and long sand beaches. From the hotel ' s terrace or its own room from July to October, the dolphins and whales floating to the bank can be observed. The hotel has a SPA center, two pools, a restaurant and a wine cellar.

The hotel is located on the coast of the ocean, 15 minutes from the city of Plettenberg Bay and the local airport, at 2.5 hours from Port Elizabeth Airport, 20 kilometres from the national park of Tsisikem.

Cotage The Beach House - A separate house, located near the main hotel building, has a panoramic view on the lagoon, beach and mountains; 3-4 guests, soft and warm (both and cream) tones, floors are made from a light wood; 2nd spalen, large guest with a fireplace, a canteen with a kitchen, an open garden.

Villa The Lookout Villa - consists of the 3rd spalen (one in the African pavement style with pavement furniture), a luxury terrace with a view to the ocean, a fire room, a kitchen cafeteria,

own pool; palace service.

For guests, the restaurant Sand at The Plettenberg, where exquisite meals from fresh seafoods, as well as prescriptions for European and African kitchens, can be detected. After lunch, there's traditional tea here. Part of the restaurant is located on an open terrace with an ocean view. The wine cellar offers a collection of the best local wines. It's a bar.
