General

The hotel is located in green magnificent gardens at Place de l'Eglise in the center of Carcason's medieval city between two outstanding historical monuments: the Graph Castle, built in a romantic style, and St. Nazaria's hoot base. Restaurant La Barbacane, marked by a star in Michlen's hyde, offers gastronomical dishes prepared on the original and innovative recipes of Chef Jerome Reyon and Chief Condite Regi Chanel.

The negotical style of a restaurant with majesty fires, high ceilings and vitamins create a special atmosphere that harmonizes the view of the hotel gardens, the Citadel and the distant contour of Carcason. The restaurant is open from 1 May to 30 October.
