The hotel is located on a small island of Petit Saint Vincent, 64 kilometres south of St. Vincent Island (the nearby island of Union is an airfield from which guests are transported to a hotel on the boat). Tropical jungle and white sand beaches, against the background of this landscape, along the coast, dispersed two dozen cottages of the Petit St.Vincent Resort Hotel. It's a private hotel to help their guests forget the fuss and stress of civilization. The luxury private complex was built in the late 1960s by Hez Richardson, who lives here with Lynn's wife. Yellow and red flags are replaced by a phone on the island. Bottoms located far apart are built from a local stone. The internal separation - theractotic and wood - highlights the proximity to nature and the " offshoring " mood. There's a restaurant in the hotel, a bar, a pool, a tennis cake and a PADI submarine center.

Hotel 22 cottages Cottage♪ Some of them are on the hill slope, part of them, several steps from the beach. Each cottage has an open veranda, a guest room, a canteen, a bedroom, one or two bathrooms with a shower, a wardrobe. Two couches in each living room can serve as an additional bedroom for children. The system of reporting by means of flags on the bamboo flag compensates the absence of a telephone: the yellow flag means the call of a hotel staff member and the red is not disturbing.
