Superior Room: 24 m²consists of a bedroom with a bed- kingsize, queen-size or two beds of twins upon request, a bathroom. Most of the rooms with a view to the interior courtyard.

Deluxe Room: 27 m²consists of a bedroom with a bed- kingsize or two beds of a twin upon request, a bathroom with a view to the street. Some numbers with a view to San Moisè.

Deluxe Room with View: 30 m²consists of a bedroom with a bed- kingsize or two beds of a twin upon request, a bathroom with a view to San Moise or a canal.

Superior Suite: 50 m²consists of a bedroom with a bed- kingsize or two beds of a twin upon request, a living area, a bathroom. Some rooms in the living area have a couch shelter and an additional bathroom, while other rooms with a view to the canal and the San Mosiè church.

Family Suite: 50 m²♪ From the bedroom with the king-size bed or two beds, the twins, the living room, two bathrooms with the shower and the tub or the jacuzzi, enters the interior of the hotel.

Bauer opens a hastronomical restaurant De Pisis, with an elegant interrier held in an old venetian style and an original menu combining the dishes of the international kitchen and local traditions of the Mediterranean kitchen. From the early spring to the late autumn, the restaurant has an open terrace with a wonderful view of the Grand Canal.

B-Bar - a cozy bar with a view on the Grand Canal, where a lot of different beverages are offered, including aperitis, original cocktails, exquisite wines, and a variety of snacks. Living music sounds at the bar tonight.

Bar Gran Canal - a beautiful place where you can rest in a pleasant atmosphere, enjoying a variety of drinks and light snacks and evenings and live music.
