The hotel is located in the national park of Mosi-oa-Tunya, 5 minutes from the waterfall of Victoria. In the makolo language, the name of the park is " hot smoke " , which the locals have given to the famous waterfall of Victoria, Mosi-oa-Tunha ' s main attraction. The hotel occupies territory along the coast of the Zambezi River, surrounded by gardens and spray trees. The hotel complex consists of 17 buildings with acute roofs of the cane, large verandas and balconies. The hotel is located within the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, 5 minutes from the Victorian waterfall, 10 kilometres from the Livingston airport.

The hotel has a beauty salon of Royal Beauty Salon. A variety of body care and massage programmes are also offered. Procedures can be conducted in fresh air, in a pavilion on the shore of Zambezi.

The guests of the hotel have a pool. The wooden area surrounding the pool has a down to Zambezi. All guided tours are handled by the Special Centre Activity Centre. Thanks to the location of the hotel, guests won't need much time to get to the main attraction, the waterfall of Victoria. Unforgettable impressions will leave a waterfall on a helicopter or aircraft. Straights are offered on the river on board the African Queen or on the canoe, rafting, riverbording, absayling, jamping gangs. There are safaris on the park (including top on horses). In 5 minutes, there is a market where souvenirs and African arts can be acquired. Five kilometres from the hotel, in Livingston, there is Museum Livingston and the Railway Museum. They may visit the Chobe National Park in neighbouring Botswana (about an hour away from the hotel).

Children ' s beds and nanny services are provided. There are entertainment programmes at the Happy Hippo Club.

For breakfast, dinner and dinner, hotel guests can choose either a dining room of a restaurant or an open veranda with a view to Zambezia. The menu is the food of a European kitchen.
