Once Castel Marie-Louise belonged to the founder of Lucien Barriere François Andre's hotel network, so he wears his wife's name.

The hotel's raisin is an exquisite gastronomic restaurant. Here is a piece of French cooking, prepared by the talented chef Eric Minar.
