In the 30 years of last century, João Le Pen turned into a fascinated resort, an auspicious place of recreation for Americans, billionaires and artists, making a small coastal village a living place for rest and meetings. In 1931, the hotel Juana, the symbol of the luxury and irrepetitive specimen of the Architecture Ar Decaux, created by the distinguished architect, Jorodge Daghanski, the very heart of the basement park on the edge of Antib Cape, has always been able to hear the loving place of the elite. At the time, the guests of the hotel were: Agha Khan, Duke of Windsorski, Winston Churchill, Mark Shagal, Francis Picabia.
In 2001, Juana was fully rebuilt. The building preserved the original facade, and the massive doors from the red tree, the old mirrors, the Stigler elevator, and to this day remind me of the glossy past, while the internal removal of the corridors and numbers fits harmoniously into the general colony of the Ar Deco Hotel. In the 1950s, João Le Pen became a meeting place for jazz performers and, since the 1960s, every year in July, the hotel receives musicians and guests of the jazz festival held in Antib and in João Le Pen. During this period, the hotel bar can hear live music in the performance of great jazzmen.
The guests are waiting for an open pool with heating, a Fitness Hall, a massage room, a hammam, and a magnificent beach that can enjoy not only calm rest but also a variety of water sports. The garden terrace, decorated fountain, palms and Mediterranean handicraftsmen is the perfect place to rest from the city's fuss.
