The hotel is located in the south-east of the island, Larnaca Bay, 14 kilometres from Larnaca International Airport. The hotel surrounds horny tropical gardens, where palm trees grow and bright exotic flowers are good. In The Golden Bay Beach, guests meet a white marble of simplic lobby with statues and paintings, creating an atmosphere of " secondary antiquity " . Tropical gardens surrounding the hotel go down to Sandy Beach's sand beach, Larnaca's best beach. The city ' s trading and entertainment centres are located in close proximity. There are four restaurants in the hotel, two bars and pubs, a nightclub, a modern business center, a mini club and a playground for the kids, a pit and a Clarins beauty salon.

At the hotel 193 numbers, including Standard Room, Pool " Sea Front view room, Mini Suite, Grand Suite and Presidential Suite. All hotel numbers were renovated in 2002. When the guests arrive, they expect a gift from the hotel: a bottle of champagne and a fruit basket. Spalen and guests were processed using the best materials. The bathrooms are simplic and scattered with marble and glass. There are toilet tables in the bedrooms. From the balcony there's a view at sea or garden.
