The hotel offers 56 rooms to its guests, of which 39 two-bed numbers (20 class Premium, 15 Superior, 4 Classic), 10 Deluxe Suite, 7 Unique Suite, 1 Royal Suite, 1 Presidential Suit and 3 private villas (La Roccia with private bassine, Casa di Sopra villa with private beachelor) All rooms are elegant and comfortable, with manual furniture and open a fabulous view at the garden or sea. Sardin style is dominated everywhere: natural tree, border and famous local Cerasard.

Premium Suite: 42 m2. It's from the bedroom, the living room, one or two bathrooms and the terrace with a view to the garden. Maximum accommodation is 3 people.
Royal Suite: 69 m2. The film room includes a bedroom, a separate room, two bathrooms (one with a hot tub and the other with a shower), a membled terrace (22 m2) with a depleted zone at sea. Maximum accommodation is 3 people.
Two Bedroom Suite (2BS): 40 m2. It consists of two bedrooms, a separate living area, two bathrooms (one of which is from the hot tub and the other with the shower), a dining area with a view at sea. The maximum accommodation is four.
